John continued his real estate career on his return to Australia. From 1989, John owned and operated an extremely successful real estate LJ Hooker office in the Macarthur area.

12 years down the track John sold the business, travelled world wide and spent a couple of years restoring and refurbishing a sailing boat. This gave John a good rest but also made him realise how important being in Real Estate was to him.
